In our special consultation hour - which builds on the expertise of one of the Institute's major research focuses - we can clarify a broad spectrum of known genetic causes of hereditary neuromuscular diseases in childhood and adulthood. Patients receive comprehensive clinical-genetic counseling based on the latest scientific findings. We are also in close professional contact with our colleagues in neurology and neuropaediatrics, with whom we also work together in the Center for Rare Neuromuscular Diseases in Children and Adults.

Appointments daily by appointment at the Medical Care Center (MVZ) of the University Hospital Cologne or at the Institute's outpatient clinic.
