In our special consultation hour, which is based on the expertise of one of the Institute's major research focuses, we can clarify all known genetic causes of hereditary kidney and high blood pressure diseases in children and adults. Patients receive comprehensive clinical-genetic advice based on the latest scientific findings. We are also in close professional contact with our nephrology colleagues in the Department of Internal Medicine II and Pediatric Nephrology, with whom we also collaborate in the Centers for Rare and Hereditary Kidney Diseases in Adults and Children.
